会员6023：这绝对是我住过最让人省心的一家酒店了，我是一个人，说走就走的旅行，最近疫情真是让人憋疯了，查了一下张家界这边没有疫情，就赶紧跑过来玩一下，一下单不久后就有管家跟我联系，问我需不需要接站，我没有想到会有这个服务，更加没有想到，订个两百块钱的酒店还是商务奔驰车接的，更让人惊喜的是还配备的星空顶和按摩椅，整个高级感拉满，开车的是一位漂亮的小姐姐，车技让我自愧不如呀，是酒店的店主夏花，也是联系我的管家，绝对是人如其名，我就住了一个晚上，在张家界待了三天，凤凰古城待了两天，一直都在询问我旅游的感受，有什么不懂的随时找她咨询，不厌其烦的给我讲解，住这家酒店不用提前做任何攻略，订票什么的通通都帮你搞定，教你怎么坐车，怎么不走冤枉路，你只要带上好心情去游玩就可以了，真是太满意了，很庆幸选择了这家酒店，朋友来一定会推荐
会员7866：张家界不大，这家店在高盛·澧园，澧水河旁，交通挺方便的，无论是去市中心还是火车站或者机场等。房间设施：有湘西特色，但有简洁舒适，卫生不错。早餐：早餐不算多但比较可口，有现煮米粉馄饨等，还有蔬菜、杂粮，和湘西特色小吃等。服务：非常好，很细心。最近几天降温入店都有姜茶和其他热饮。到房间有送水果和酸奶。还有接送站服务，十分贴心。
会员8242：服务五星的酒店。出行前就联系好管家夏花，小姐姐亲自开车去高铁站接，回来的时候也安排了酒店专门的司机送站。入住后管家小姐姐的温馨提示细致入微，还会告诉各种张家界旅游贴士，推荐线路。来张家界住在这里，完全不用担心遭遇各种网传的张家界旅游套路。酒店房间设施智能化，布局也很新颖。地段虽说不在永定市中心，但附近吃饭也还算方便。这次来张家界遗憾的是没赶上好天气，武陵源山上的风景被浓雾掩盖，与美景无缘。不过在界止有一段舒心的住宿体验。
会员8936：因为在武陵源感受到了湘西之恋细致周到的管家服务，所以天门山放弃了另一家靠索道更近一些的酒店。这家装修风格硬件设施更现代一些，提供接机接站，地理位置好，附近吃东西逛街比较方便，到哪打车基本就10元，不变的热饮小食，游玩线路指导。感谢漂亮的掌柜亲自接站，给升级了房型并且送了早餐券，准备冬天来还住这里，推荐来张家界的朋友入住
